This policy explains what information Habiba Nabil Arabic Academy collects on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The website does not take payments: lessons are arranged directly with Habiba on WhatsApp.

1. What we collect

• When you play the games: the first name you choose, your progress and scores, and your email address only if you leave it to keep your progress.
• Speaking games and level test: the voice recordings you choose to send, so Habiba can listen and reply.
• Forms you send us (the level test, reviews, academy student briefs): the details you type in, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, age, level and learning goals.
• Students: the name, Student Code, homework, recordings, feedback and progress that make up your learning record.
• Basic technical data: pages visited, device type and approximate time of visit, used to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

• To teach you: marking homework and recordings, preparing lessons, and following your progress.
• To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as a level result or a starting point.
• To keep the website working, secure, and free of spam.
• To measure and improve our advertising (see section 4).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services that run the website and its advertising: our hosting provider, the email service that sends our messages, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, as described below, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us.

4. Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. They set cookies and send information about your visit (for example, which pages you viewed) to Meta and Google, so we can see which ads bring people to the site and show our ads to people who may be interested. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and your Meta and Google ad settings. The site also uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language.

5. How long we keep it

Student records are kept while you study with us and for a reasonable time afterwards. Game progress, form entries and recordings are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them. Old notifications and logs are deleted automatically.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Children should use the website with a parent or guardian, who can make these requests for them.
