Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed according to the purchased plan and lesson status.

Refund requests should be made before lessons are used.

Completed or late-cancelled lessons may be deducted from the refundable amount.

If a payment is still pending verification, the owner will confirm the payment status manually.
